I have solo tried jury cases involving 1st PBL Felony Burglary with a Battery, Attempted 1st degree Murder, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault, Battery on a LEO and Resisting with Violence, Animal Abuse, Fish violations, Drug possession, DUI, BUI, suspended DL, Domestic Violence and other felony and misdemeanor offenses. I have handled thousands of criminal defense cases since 1994, including motions to suppress evidence, motions to dismiss cases, cases involving DNA evidence, and completed hundreds of depositions.
